Project Summary

Hötorgshallen is a historic food market in the heart of Stockholm, known for its rich cultural heritage and global culinary offerings. Our challenge was to reintroduce the hall to a younger, food curious audience without losing its authentic spirit. The solution was 30-Rätters, a monthly event featuring 30 small dishes from around the world, designed to turn a casual visit into an immersive taste experience. Through a playful stamp card mechanic, live music, and a curated atmosphere, we transformed midweek evenings into vibrant celebrations of food, culture, and discovery.
